No.738/2014 under Sections 354/354A/354B/354C/354D/342/
323/312/506/34 IPG registered at PS Burari.
The allegations of the complainant were that the petitioner Rohit and his friends used to pass lewd comments against her and the landlord used to support them. Itis further stated that on 29"" August, 2014 Rohit along with some unknown boys came to her house when her when her husband was not present and sang filthy songs. When she resisted, Rohit hit her on her stomach due to whichshe startedbleeding and threatened her.
After investigation charge-sheet was filed without arresting the petitioners for offences punishable under Sections 354/354A/354B/354C/
342/323/313/506/509/34 IPG. The petitioners surrendered to custody after filing of the charge-sheet and have been in custody for now more than two months.
Since neither any recovery isto be made jfrom the petitioners nor they are required for any further investigation, this Gourt deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial
