ORDER
and order dated 21'^ July, 2016 passed in writ petitions filed by the petitioners whereby respondent-CISF was directed to issue appointment letters to the petitioners in accordance with law mthe event the petitioners cleared the medical examination. The Court also granted consequential benefits of seniority to petitioners as per their merit positions.
Learned counsel for petitioners states that though the SLP filed against the aforesaid order has been dismissed on 23''* February, 2017, yet the respondents have not issued appointment letters to the petitioners.
Today, learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice, has handed over Office Memorandums dated 04^^ May, 2017 issued to the petitioners by virtue of which petitioners have been invited to personally attend the Commission's office along with original and photocopy of High School and Intermediate marksheets and certificate as well as aphotograph, copy of admit card, PST/Medical result within ten days.
Learned counsel for petitioners states that the requisite documents as indicated in the aforesaid Office Memorandum shall be forwarded within the stipulated period.
Learned counsel for respondents assures and undertakes to this Court that in the event the Office Memorandums dated 04^'' May, 2017 are complied with, respondents shall issue appointment letters to the petitioners within six weeks.
The statements made by learned counsel for respondents are accepted by this Court and respondents are held bound by the same.
In view ofthe aforesaid, present contempt petitions are closed.
However, at the insistence oflearned counsel for petitioners, matters be listed for compliance on 12^^ July, 2017.
