Learned courisel for.respondent assures this Courtthatthe suitability of the petitioners for senior scale shall be considered by the Selection
Committee in accordance withAICTE letter dated 27^^ August,2014 within aperiod offour weeks.
The statement made by learned counsel for respondentis accepted by this Courtand respondentis held bound bythe same.
