HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN RDER 09.05.2017 Today in Court, learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA has handed over photocopies of two letters dated 13th April, 2017 and 4th May, 2017 addressed to Mr. Kamal Kumar and Mr. Vishnu Sharma respectively, 2017:DHC:8538

'I) petitioners herein. The same are taken on record. By virtue of the said letters the lease deeds of plots in Rohini Residential Scheme have been restored in favour of the petitioners.
Learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA assures and undertakes to this Court that the applications for conversion filed by the petitioners shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.
The statement made by learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA. is accepted by this Court and respondent-DDA is held bound by the same.
In view thereof, present contempt petitions are disposed of.
