Learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA assures and undertakes to this Court that the applications for conversion filed by the petitioners shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.
The statement made by learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA. is accepted by this Court and respondent-DDA is held bound by the same.
In view thereof, present contempt petitions are disposed of.
