JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.3.2017, passed by the learned DRAT, Delhi.

2. After addressing arguments for some time, Mr. Mehra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to pursue its remedies before the learned DRAT, in the pending appeal.
