15.05.2017 The third respondent (Nafees Ahmad) with his wife Parveen
Bano (fourth respondent) are present in person. Both submitted that they are now reconciled to the marriage of the first petitioner with the second petitioner and that they do not wish or intend to cause any harm to the petitioners.
In this view, the counsel for the petitioners submits that he is under instructions to withdraw the petition.
The captioned petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
