ORDER o/o 17.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no.l states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on April 13, 2017, admission has been granted to the minor petitioners. He also states, an order has been issued by the
Directorate of Education dated May 3, 2017 increasing the upper age limit for admission to nursery class to 5years for the academic session 2017-2018 in respect ofEWS/DG category. He also states that the benefits under the
EWS category shall also be provided to the petitioners. The said statements
2017:DHC:8156 y h are taken on record.
In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.l, Mr. Jha states nothing further survives in the writ petitions and the same be disposed of. The writ petitions are disposed of, as such.
