1. ~ By filing these two petitions, the petitioners are praying for transfer of two appeals preferred by the parties against each other amd pending in the Court of District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court to the Court of District Jud^e, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

2. Whereas TR.P.(C) No.24/2017 has been filed for transferring RCA No.45/15 (New No.41/16) titled as 'Sumit Prasad Jain vs. Vinod Jindal & Ors.TR.P.(C),No.86/2017 has been filed for transferring RCA No.31/2015 (New No.RCA 181/2016) titled as 'Vinod Jindal vs. Sumat Prasad Jain TR.P.(C.) 24/2017 & TR.P. (C.) 86/20J 7. page 1 of[2] 2017:DHC:8552 f r

2. Notice. Learned counsels as above appears on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the parties have made a joint request that both cases i.e. civil appeal bearing RCA No.31/2015 & counter appeal bearing RCA No.45/15 pending in the Court of District Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi be transferred to the Court of District Judge Shahdra, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

4. In view of thejoint of request of the learnedcounselfor the partiesthe civil appeal bearing RCA No.31/2015 & counter appeal bearing. RCA No.45/15 is withdrawn from the Court of District Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and is assigned/tr^sferred to the Court of District Judge Shahdra, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

5. Both the cases are stated to be listed before the learned Trial Court on 5"^ June 2017. 6..Parties are also directed to appear before the transferee Court on 5"^ June, 2017. •

7. The petitions stand disposed ofin above terms.

8. Copy of the orderbe givendastito learned counsel for the parties.
