19.05.2017 The co-accused Uma Devi was granted an order of anticipatory bail on
8.5.2017 on Bail Application No. 849/2017.
Having heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and having gone through the record of investigation, it is clear thatthe case against these applicants is similarly placed. Therefore, these applications are also allowed.
It is directed that in the event ofNeelam and Maimo @ Meenu being arrested in case FIR No.89/2017, under Section 308/34 ofthe Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (IPC) of Police Station Karawal Nagarthey shallbe released on
19.05.2017 The co-accused Uma Devi was granted an order of anticipatory bail on
8.5.2017 on Bail Application No. 849/2017.
Having heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and having gone through the record of investigation, it is clear thatthe case against these applicants is similarly placed. Therefore, these applications are also allowed.
It is directed that in the event ofNeelam and Maimo @ Meenu being arrested in case FIR No.89/2017, under Section 308/34 ofthe Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (IPC) of Police Station Karawal Nagarthey shallbe released on

2017:DHC:8424 they furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety each in like amount to the satisfaction ofthe arresting officer subject to the conditions that they shall continue cooperating with the investigation and join the same as and when called upon to do so and shall not come in contact with ortry to influence any ofthe witnesses connected tothe case.
It is made clear that this order will inure only till the date of first appearance ofthe petitioners in the event ofa charge-sheet being filed on conclusion ofthe investigation and process being issued against them by the court of cognizance.
