1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of order dated May 6, 2016. As in terms of order of the Division Bench, liberty was granted to the University to file an application seeking recall of order dated May 6, 2016 and the said application being CM No. 28932/2016 in W.P.(C) No. 1174/2013 having been decided by this Court as being infructuous, in view of my final conclusion in the writ petition, and notice has not been issued in the contempt petition, I dismiss the petition.
