Quashing •of impugned Notice of 24^' May, 2017, whereby direction has been given to dhobis to remove their heavy machinery from dhobi ghat of NDMC, is sought by appellant even though the matter is
^ , sub-judice in W.P.(C) No.4976/2017, in which notices have been issued for 11.^^ August, 2017.
Counsel for appellant submits that no. interim orders have been passed and the dhobis are not using heavy machinery and are not, undertaking dry cleaning work atthe J/zoZjz ofNDMC area.
Upon notice, learned standing counsel appearing for respondent-
NDMC statesthat dhobis who areusing heavy machinery or are engaging

In view of stand taken on behalf of respondent-NDMC, this appeal and applications are disposed of while making it clear that the action in pursuance to impugned Notice of 24^^ May, 2017 would be taken qua those dhobis only who are using heavy machinery or are engaged in dry cleaning of clothes at the dhobi ghat ofNDMC area.
With aforesaid clarification this appeal and applications are disposed of
