ORDER

1. Allowed, subject to alljust exceptions. Bail Appln. Nos. 1148/2017 & 1151/2017

2. In both these petitions. Non-bailable warrants have been issued on 31®' May, 2017 but returnable date is 17"" July, 2017 before the learned Trial Court.

3. In that view of the matter, it will be open to the Petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court and also file an application for regular bail, which if filed on the same day should be taken up immediately and disposed of in accordance with law.
