JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 12.09.2002 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 366/2002 which was dismissed on the ground that the said petition is hit by the principles of res judicata inasmuch as earlier thereto, he had filed OA No.543/1995 seeking inter alia, similar relief on the same grounds that was dismissed on merits by the Tribunal, vide order dated 27.08.1996 which was not challenged by filing an appeal and has attained finality.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states, on instructions, that he does not wish to press the present petition. 2017:DHC:3400-DB
