JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to accept his resignation.
2. Issue notice to show cause as to why rule nisi be not issued.
3. Notice is accepted on behalf of the respondents by Mr. Nune Balraj.
4. Mr. Himanshu Gautam, learned Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as representation and to pass orders thereon within a time fixed by the Court. W.P.(C) 10157/2025
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass reasoned and speaking orders thereon within a period of four weeks from today.
6. The orders as and when passed shall be communicated forthwith to the petitioner.
7. Needless to say, should the petitioner continued to remain aggrieved, his remedies in law would remain reserved.
8. The petition stands disposed of.
