By these petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure,the petitioners (accusedpersons) haveprayed for quashingofthe following crossFIRs:

By these petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure,the petitioners (accusedpersons) haveprayed for quashingofthe following crossFIRs:
(a) FIRNo.305/2012 under Sections 308/506/34IPC registered atPolice
Station Seelampur on the complaint ofMr. Ishtakbal (respondent no.2) in
CRL.M.C. 755/2017
(b) FIRNo.304/2012 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC registered atPolice
2017:DHC:8012 Station Seelampur on the complaint ofMr. Laiq Ahmed (respondent no.2) in
(b) FIRNo.304/2012 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC registered atPolice
2017:DHC:8012 Station Seelampur on the complaint ofMr. Laiq Ahmed (respondent no.2) in
CRL.M.C. 1323/2016.
It appears that a quarrel took place between the accused persons and complainants in both the cases which resulted in registration of the aforementioned FIRs. With the intervention of their common friends and
^ other family members, complainants and the accused persons have settled
^ their disputes amicably. Complainants/injured in both the cases are present along with their respective counsels in court and have been identified by SI
K.P.Singh, P.S.Seelampur. They submit that they have settled the matter on their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue their respective FIRs any further.
' Keeping in mind the abovestated facts and circumstances both the
FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms.
