1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in terms of the Settlement, Rs.65,66,994/- was paid by the judgment debtor to the decree holder on 17.06.2017 and a sum of Rs.2,39,33,006/- was deposited by the judgment debtor with the Registrar General of this Court on 31.05.2017.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that on payment of the 2017:DHC:3387 OMP(ENF.)(COMM.) 37/2016 said amount of Rs.2,39,33,006/- to the Decree Holder, the entire decree would stand satisfied.

3. Since the sum of Rs.2,39,33,006/- stands deposited in the Court, the Registry is directed to release the amount to the decree holder.

4. In view of the payment of the entire decretal amount, it is recorded that the decree, i.e. Award dated 07.10.1015 passed in Case Ref. No.DAC/196/09-12 tiled B.Ghose &Company Private Limited versus Container Corporation of India Limited, stands satisfied.

5. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

6. The next date of 22.08.2017 is cancelled.
