JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been shown as pending in the Regular Cause List ever since 17.04.2017. It was taken up for hearing on 15.05.2017, 04.07.2017 and 05.07.2017. However, neither side had appeared on the aforesaid dates.
2. The position remains the same today. None is present for either side. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J DEEPA SHARMA, J JULY 10, 2017
