JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has been shown as pending in the Regular Cause List ever since 03.07.2017. It was taken up for hearing on 04.07.2015, 05.07.2015 and 10.07.2015. However, none had appeared for the petitioners on the aforesaid dates. The position remains the same today.

2. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J DEEPA SHARMA, J JULY 20, 2017 bg
