14.07.2017 Bharat Aggarwal is the son of Rajesh Aggarwal. They have approached this Court by way of present applications under Section 438
Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to Petitioners.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that only marriage proposal was there regarding marriage of Bharat Aggarwal with the complainant. Only talks of marriage took place for some time but the same could not be materialized. Annoyed with this, the complainant has lodged
2017:DHC:8443 the present FIR under Sections 354/509/420/34 IPC at the Police Station
Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi.
Learned APP submits that complainant has specifically alleged in the
FIR that Bharat Agarwal had agreed and assured to marry her. He used to meet her very often. He even visited her in Manali when the complainant had gone there on a trip organized by her office in the month of March,

2016. He stayed in the same hotel where complainant had been staying. Rakesh Agarwal demanded huge dowry and since it was not promised he backed out. Both of them played with her emotions. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as stated above, it is ordered that in case of arrest, the Petitioners be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of 25,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO/ SHO, Police Station Police Station Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi.
