JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Chhibber, learned counsel for the appellant had stated that the parties had reconciled their disputes and the appellant had moved back to her matrimonial home. He had however sought some time to ensure that the appellant comfortably settles down in the company of her husband and the minor child. As a result, the present appeal was adjourned for today.

2. Today, learned counsel for the appellant states that as of now, the appellant has no grievance against her husband and she has settled down in the matrimonial home. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal but states that in case the appellant is again thrown out of the 2017:DHC:3593 MAT.APP.(F.C.) 41/2017 matrimonial home, she may be granted liberty to seek revival of the present appeal.

3. The present appeal is disposed of with liberty granted as prayed for. HIMA KOHLI, J DEEPA SHARMA, J JULY 17, 2017 rkb
