JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the Award of the Arbitral Tribunal, which forms the basis of the impugned attachment order dated 28.11.2016, issued by the Court of Assistant Collector, Govt. of NCT of Delhi (Annexure P-4).
