JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the learned Arbitrator, appointed by the office of the RCS for adjudicating the disputes between the parties under Section 70 of the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 for seeking leave to place on record the report of the Returning Officer.
