Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, initially FIR was registered under Sections 354/354-6/506/509/34 IPG at Police Sation Subzi
Mandi against the petitioners, on the complaint of complainant, who is wife

Sections 354/354-B/506/509/34IPG, whereas Ashwani Kumar and Sheela
Devi are brother and mother of, Mr. Naveen, respectively. In the FIRj the allegations of tearing clothes are levelled against co-accused Amit @ Lalu and Monti. AshWani Kumar and Sheela Devi have not been named in the
FIR. Allegations of beatings against Naveen are not correct. Petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation, Learned APP has opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Learned APP submits that istridhan has yet notbeen returned by the petitioners. Gomplainant has alleged that they have misappropriated her articles. • ' _
