09.08.2017 Pursuant to the order dated 31.05.2017 Jaideep Seth is presentin the Courttoday. Learned counsels for parties states thatthe disputes in all the three above suits were settled before the Mediation, and
Coneiliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017. The settlement agreement has been filed on record and terms ofsettlement have been described in paras No.l to
10.
Learned counsel for parties under instructions of their clients submit that all the parties have undertaken to adhere to the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017 and shall be bound by it. The settlement has been arrived at between the parties with the consent of each of them without any pressure or undue influence.
Accordingly, the suit(s) are disposed of having been compromised in terms ofsettlement agreement dated 26.05.2017. The terms ofsettlement as embodied therein shall form part ofthe decree.
The pending application(s)/petition are also disposed of.
Asthe matter has been settled through mediation,the plaintiff(s) shall be entitled to refund ofCourt Fees per Section 16A ofthe"Court
Fees Act.
