09.08.2017 Mr Makhija, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority.
The petitions and the pending applications are dismissed as
2017:DHC:8428 withdrawn with the aforesaid Hberty.
It is clarified that if the appeals are filed within a period of twoweeks, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same, uninfluenced by the delay in filing the said appeals. It is further clarified that all contentions of the parties are kept open.
The interim order passed in these petitions shall continue for a further period oftwo weeks from today.
