24.08.2017 It is submitted that the petitioners/accused and the private respondents/complainants/injured have settled their disputes amicably,therefore,following cross FIRs,may be quashed:- a. FIR No.199/2011, under Sections 323/308/34 IPC registered at
Police Station Jamia Nagar on the complaint of Mohd. Jameel
(respondent No.3 in Crl. M.C. No.1210/2016 and petitioner No.2 in
Crl. M.C.No.1204/2016).
2017:DHC:8019 b. FIR No.202/2011,under Sections 323/308/34 IPG registered at
Police Station Jamia Nagar on the complaint of Mohd. Farooq
(respondent No.2 in Crl. M.C. No.1204/2016 and petitioner No.l in
Crl. M.C.No.1210/2016).
The petitioners and the private respondents in both the petitions are present in court and have been identified by SI Arun Kumar,PS
Jamia Nagar. They submit that they have settled their matter oftheir own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore,both the FIRs may be quashed.
The petitioners and the private respondents are stated to be living in the same locality and a quarrel appears to have taken place between them which had led to registration ofthe presentFIRs,which they have now settled amicably and are not willing to pursue the criminal proceedings.
Keeping in mind that the petitioners and the respondents have now settled their disputes amicably and the complainants are not willing to pursue the FIRs, therefore, in the interest ofjustice, both the FIRs bearing Nos.199/2011 and 202/2011, both under Sections
323/308/34 IPG registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar and the consequent proceedings arising there from are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms.
