1. By this petition, under Section 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), the petitioner seeks summoning of the witnesses, mentioned in paragraph 2017:DHC:4847 OMP(E)(COMM) 20/2017 3 of the petition.

2. The Tribunal, by order dated 20.07.2017, has granted leave to the petitioner to summon the witnesses, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition, to produce and to prove the documents mentioned against their names.

3. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. Summons shall be issued to the witnesses mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition to produce and to prove the documents mentioned against each of the said witnesses in paragraph 3.

4. Summons be issued to the said witnesses, returnable before the Arbitral Tribunal, for 13th September, 2017 at 2 PM in the Neeti Bagh Club, New Delhi.

5. The petitioner shall ensure service of the summons on the said witnesses.

6. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

7. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
