29.08.2017 These petitions were filed seeking to impugn the Show Cause Notice dated 05.03.2014 and the Black Listing Order dated 19.03.2014, respectively.
It is pointed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the Black
Listing Order dated 19.03.2014 was for a peridd of two years and the said order was also stayedby this court.
It is urged by the learned counsel for the parties that these petitions have become infructuous as the periodof two years has lapsed.
In view of the above, both the petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. ^ L y
