JUDGMENT

1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant, assailing an order dated 9.5.2017, passed by the learned Family Court rejecting her application for increasing the number of visitation days in respect of her minor daughter, who is in custody of the respondent.

2. After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.
