Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners vide two separate settlement deeds both dated 12"^ July, 2017 (Annexure P/1 and Annexure P/9 respectively), therefore, he has no objection in case order dated 1'^ July, 2014 passed by Ms. Manika, M.M., Dwarka, New Delhi in
Complaint Case No. 64/2/12 titled Dheeraj Singh vs. Rishipal Singh Rana &
Ors. as well asthe said complaint case is quashed. Respondent no. 2 further states that he will also withdraw the cases filed by him, that is, W.P. (Crl.)
640/2015 titled Dheeraj Singh vs. Commissioner of Police & Ors. and Crl.
Rev. P. 200/15 titled Dheeraj Singh vs. State, which are pending before I.S.
Mehta, J. Respondent no.2 shall remain bound byhis statement.
I have considered the statement of respondent no.2, which has also been recorded, on oath, separately with regard to the withdrawal of aforementioned two cases as also the settlement deeds. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, order dated 1'^ July, 2014 passed by Ms. Manika, M.M., Dwarka, New Delhi in
Complaint Case No. 64/2/12 titled Dheeraj Singh vs. Rishipal Singh Rana &
Ors. as well as the complaint caseare quashed. i
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms.
