31.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners (accused persons) and the respondent no.2 (complainant) have settled their disputes amicably vide three settlement deeds dated
121h July, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 91/08 under Sections
420/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Chhawla may be quashed. Complainant-Mamta Sachdeva (respondent no.2) is present in
Court and has been identified by Insp. Krishan Kumar of police station
Chhawla. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she does not wish to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 91/08 under
Sections 420/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Chhawla and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
All the petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
