06.09.2017 . The learned counsel, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw these transfer petitions conceding that there was no observation recorded by the trial Court in the order dated. 16.05.2017 so as to suggest to the parties to move transfer petition, the averment to that effect in the petition being factually incorrect. It is hoped such false pleadings will not be made in future.
The transfer petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
