1. None appears forthe petitioner.
2. It is seen that there was no representation on behalfofthe petitioner on the previous four occasions as well when the matter was listed before the Joint Registrar.
3. It is seen that the present petitions were also dismissed for nonprosecution on October 05,2010,but were thereafter restored on November 25,2010. The matteris atthe stage ofcompletion ofpleadings since.
5. It is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing these matters.
6. The petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
