JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of these proceedings and in terms of the liberty granted by this court on 11 June 2021, an order of dismissal has been passed against the petitioner.

2. Ms. Lamba seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the said order and retaining the right to raise the grounds raised in the writ petition.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as aforesaid with liberty as sought.

4. Copy of the dismissal order has been handed over to Ms. Lamba in the court.
