JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to approach the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for seeking revival of the petition on payment of arrears of outstanding maintenance, as recorded in the impugned order dated 3.7.2017.
