JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as she submits that the learned DRAT has allowed the appeal preferred by the petitioner and remanded the matter back to the DRT for fresh adjudication. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms the aforesaid position.
