JUDGMENT

1. The matter was passed over on the first call. Even on the second call, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file copies of the orders passed by the DRAT subsequent to 10.07.2017. The said orders have also not been filed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
