JUDGMENT

1. Respondent No.2 appea ibr:H'e is duly identified by the JO SI Jai Chand.

2 The petitioners haVei invoked the wiitjufisdiction of this court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.PC') for quashing of the FIR bearing No.0310/2017, registered on 25.04.2017 against them with Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi, under Sections 323/342/506/34 IPC, on the complaint of respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are W.P. (CrL) 1575/2017 2017:DHC:8222 students and they are residing at Mukherjee Nagar in Paying Guest House. He submits that an altercation took place between the parties on 24.04.2017. Consequently, the above said FIR was registered. The petitioners submit that they will not indulge themselves in such type of activities in future.

4. The parties had amicably resolved and settled their all disputes by way of Settlement Deed dated 11.05.2017. The respondent N[6].[2] present in the court states that he has amicably resolved and settled their all disputes. He submits that he does not want to pursue the present FIR.'He.. submits that the said FIR may be quashed
