ORDER
1. Two persons who disclose their names to be Balkishan Sharma and Shrikishan appear and on enquiry state that they appear also for the respondents no.3 and 4 namely Ved Parkash Sharma and Mohan Lai who are their close relatives.
2. Believing the statement of the counsel for the petitioner that Mr. Devender Bhardwaj, Advocate, who is nephew / son of respondents / plaintiffs' and is representing the respondents / plaintiffs as Advocate and who is practising in Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, has been interfering with the counsel for the petitioner appearing in the Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, the petitionis allowed.
3. Suit No.51/17 titled Balkishan Sharma & Ors. Vs. M/s. Gati Ltd. & Ors. pending before the JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cum-Guardian Judge, Dwarka Court Complex, New Delhi is ordered to be transferred to District (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. TR.P.(C.) No.59/2017 page 1of[2] 2017:DHC:8564
4. JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cutn-Guardian Judge, Dwarka Court Complex, New Delhi isrequested to forthwith physically send the file tothe Senior Civil Judge, District (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
5. The parties to appear before the Senior Civil Judge / Additional Senior Civil Judge orbefore the other appropriate Court to which the Suit is assigned in District (Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 30^N3ctober, 2017. Dasti.
