ORDER

1. The applicants/petitioners have filed these two bail applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.867/2015 tinder Sections 498-A/406/34IPC, PS Burari. ^

2. It is amatrimonial dispute. Applicant Vinod Ratawal is husband and ^pp^ip^rit Kishan Lai is father-in-law ofthe complainant. 3., On the last date ofhearingi.e, 19"^ September, 2017, petitioners and BAILAPPLN. Nos.1293/2017&1294/2017 Page 1of[2] (0 2017:DHC:8476 // the investigating officers were directed to return the dowry articles to the respondent No.2 on that day itselfafter getting the same photographed at the expenses ofthe petitioners.

4. Today it is informed by learned counsel for the,parties as well by the 10 that goods were deposited by the petitioners in Malkhana from where certain articles have been received by the complainant and others have been rejected. The articles not accepted by the complainant shall be returned to the petitioners and photographs of the articles returned to the complainant and received by the petitioners shall be taken at the expenses of the petitioners.

5. In the facts and circumstances, petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event oftheir arrest they shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of?25,000/- each with one surety ofthe likeamount to thesatisfaction oflO/SHO concerned.

6. The petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when required by the I.O./SHO concerned. 7.- The applications stand disposed of
