25.09.2017 Complaint of the petitioners is that they have been removed by the officials ofrespondent no.1 from their vending sites at New Friends Colony, Near Surya Hotel,M.C.D.Park,New Delhi.
Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits thatthe petitioners were temporarily removed as some civil drainage work was being carried out,and as ofnow they are back attheir vending sites.
In view ofthe statement made by the counsel for the respondent no.l, the present writ petitions stand disposed of.
