JUDGMENT
1. Allowed, subject to the Petitioner filing certified/typed copies of the annexures within a period of three weeks.
2. The Application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 10426/2025 & CM Appl. 43295/2025[Stay]
3. The grievance of the Petitioner as articulated in the present Petition is that the Petitioner has made several complaints and representations to Respondent No.1 which are not being adjudicated upon by Respondent No.1. It is the case of the Petitioner that he has made complaints with respect to the Petitioner’s “fake resignation and removal of his name as a Director of Respondent No. 2 company” including on 05.04.2024, 27.04.2024, 10.06.2024, 05.07.2024, 01.08.2024 and 14.06.2025.
4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that his grievance would be satisfied if the present Petition be treated as a representation and a detailed speaking order be passed by the Respondent No.1 examining the contentions raised by him in the present Petition.
5. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that since the prayer in the present Petition is limited, the matter can be disposed of today itself. He further submits that in view of the order this Court proposes to pass today, he does not wish to file a Reply.
6. Accordingly, and with the consent of the parties, the Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal, at this stage and the following directions are passed:
(i) The Respondent No. 1 shall treat present Petition filed by the
(ii) The Petitioner and/or his authorized representative will be given an opportunity to be present for a hearing at the office of Ms. Seema Rath, ROC Delhi, 4th Floor, IFCI Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 on 06.08.2025 at 3 PM;
(iii) The Petitioner is permitted to produce any additional facts or documents in support of his contentions, at the time of the hearing before the concerned Authority.
(iv) In the event, if it is deemed necessary, that there is a need for more than one hearing, the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 1 may mutually schedule such additional hearings amongst themselves as well;

8. Needless to add, that in the event the Petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the Respondent/Authority, he may take appropriate steps in accordance with the law. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open in this regard.
