1. This order is in continuation of the earher order dated 27'^ April,
2017.
2. Though the report of the notice sent to the respondent is of the respondent being not served and / or the service report being awaited but the counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has been served and has in this regard handed over a tracking report which is taken on record.
3. Believing the counsel for the petitioner the respondent is proceeded against exparte and the petition is allowed.
4. Suit No.359/2014 titled Pradeep Rai Vs. Rana Swyam Jyoti & Ors. pendingin the Court ofMr. Manish Gupta, Additional DistrictJudge, North- West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi and stated to be listed next on 14"^ January, 2018 is transferred to the Court of Mr. Amit Kumar, Additional District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts Delhi before whom Suit No.550/15 titled H.K. Sardana Vs. Pradeep Rai & Ors. is pending and stated to be listed next on 16^*^ October, 2017. TR.P.(C.)No.7I/2017 page 1 of[2] 2017:DHC:8567 Jr %
5. The parties to appear in the transferred suit before the Transferee Court on 16^^ October, 2017 when the suit already pending in that Court is stated to be listed.
6. The Transferor Court to ensure that the suit file is physically transferred before that date.
7. The petition is disposed of.
