/o 15.09.2017 It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigalion is complete and that the petitioners had fully participated and cooperated in the investigation. However, the
2017:DHC:8474 aforesaid statement has been disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant.
Be that as it may, the fact that investigation has now been completed has been affirmed by the counsel for the State.
Considering the aforesaid, this Court is inclined to confirm the provisional anticipatory bail ofthe petitioner.
In the event of atTest or surrender, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing a bond in the sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Court.
However, it is made clear that in case, the petitioners, in any manner threaten the complainant or his witnesses or make any effort to tamper with the evidence collected or evade the process of trial in future, it would be open for the complainant or the State to take steps for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioners.
The application stand disposed of accordingly.
