ORDER
1. After arguments, both the appeals are disposed of as not pressed but the appellant, who is present in person in Court, states through her counsel that she be granted time to vacate the suitpremises on or before 30.9.2018. It is stated that the appellant will continue to pay the mesne profits/rent at Rs.5,500/- per month in terms of the impugned judgment. If there are any 2017:DHC:8968 arrears, the samewill be cleared within a period of three months from today. Appellant will be entitled to adjustment of any amounts paid by the appellant to the respondents for the period for which arrears have been ordered to be paid at Rs. 5,500/- per month. Month by month charges in terms of the impugned judgment at Rs.5,500/- will be paid every month by the 30^*^ of each month. Appellant will also clear all charges towards electricity, water etc as payable for the suit premises till the time the appellant remains in possession thereof.
2. Let the appellant fde an affidavit ofundertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within a period of two weeks from today, and on the appellant filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, the appellant will not be evicted from the suit premises on or before 30.9.2018.
3. The appeals are disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid observations.
