1. I have heard arguments in this case,
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the matter is coming up on 9110.2017 before TDSAT and that there is no occasion for this Court to interfere in the mater. He also submits that reply would be filed on behalf of the respondent before 9^^ October, 2017 when the matter,is fixed before the TDSAT.
3. At this stage, learned senior counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. • ' !
