10.10.2017 Petitioners are brothers-in-law (jeth) and sisters-in-law (jethani) ofthe deceased, who died an unnatural death within two years of her marriage.
Learned APP submits that deceased died due to electrocution. Father of the. deceased has statedthat her in-laws used to torture and beat her on the point of dowry. During the investigation, it was revealed that there were one submersible motor pump and one washing machine lying there at the spot.
The said washing machine was not in working condition, however, no leakage ofelectric current was found. Similarly, no cut in the electric wire was found in the submersible motor pump.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general allegations against the petitioners. Petitioners are married persons having
-N children.
Keeping in mind the facts and circunistances ofthe case, itis ordered that in case of arrest petitioners be released on bail subject'to their finishing apersonal bond in the sum of?20,000/- each with one surety each in the like

#• amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating
Officer/SHO ofthe concerned poHce station.
All the above-noted bail applications are disposed of in the above terms. - , .
