1. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making the Award. 2017:DHC:5992 O.M.P.(Misc.) (COMM.) 34/2017

2. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the arbitration proceedings have been diligently prosecuted by them.

3. It is further submitted that delay has not occurred for any reasons attributable to the Arbitral Tribunal.

4. It is contended that the final arguments have been heard and the matter is reserved by the Tribunal for making the Award.

5. By order dated 27.09.2017, the Tribunal has opined that the Award is likely to be pronounced by 30.11.2017.

6. In view of the above, the time for making the award is enlarged and extended till 30.11.2017.

7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

8. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
