The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection
_ ^ with the FIR No.454/16 dated 29.03.2016(PS VikasPuri)instituted for the offence under Sections 498A/406/34 IPG.
The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. It has been submitted that in the third round of mediation, the dispute has been settled and it has been agreed upon between the spouses that they would part ways amicably.
Considering this aspect ofthe matter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
2017:DHC:8396 N In the event ofarrest/ surrender ofthe petitioner,he shall be released on bailon hisfurnishing a bondinthesum ofRs.10,000/- with onesurety in the like amounttothe satisfaction ofthe arresting officer/court.
The application stands disposed of.
