4. LearnedAPPfortheStatesubmitsthatthepetitionershavejoinedthe mvestigation of this case four times i.e. on 29" September, 2017, 2"" October,2017,7"October,2017and 17"October,2017and theyare not requiredforcustodialinterrogation.

In the given circumstances, since the petitioners have joined the mvestigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer and are not requiredforcustodialinterrogation,itis directedthatintheeventofarrest, thepetitionersbereleasedonbailontheireachfurnishingpersonalbondin' the sum of?25,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction oflO/SHO concerned. However,the petitionersare directedto jointheinvestigationasand whenrequired bythelO/SHOconcerned.
